Barre Attack Foundations course
Barre Attack is a dynamic fusion of ballet, pilates and fitness, using a stable ballet barre, resistance bands and balls to create a full bodied endurance workout. BA is known as the sweaty barre workout, it is designed for anyone and everyone to enjoy.

Pilates Arc course
Our Arc classes use a lightweight foam arch that helps to increase spinal mobility and breath awareness. Traditionally called a spine corrector, an arc is a versatile tool that can be used for a total body stretch along with the ultimate abdominal workout.
Reformer Pilates course
This is our signature Reformer workout with a focus on balance, posture and alignment. Expect an athletic but accessible approach to traditional Pilates reformer routines.
Pilates Mat course
The Pilates Mat class was created to connect the body and mind through a sequence of abdominal based exercises designed to support the body for daily life. Expect a flowing, well rounded, balanced and challenging workout.
