Body Maestro - Terms and Conditions
1. Terms
By accessing and using Body Maestro Online Teacher Training or attending an in-person event, course or workshop, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you are prohibited from accessing or using this site. The materials and content within the Body Maestro Online Teacher Training and In-Person Courses and Workshops are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
2. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights pertaining to the course materials, online courses, and verbal presentations by trainers at in-person courses remain the exclusive property of Body Maestro. You are expressly prohibited from:
Copying, modifying, reproducing, republishing, sublicensing, selling, uploading, broadcasting, posting, transmitting, or distributing any course materials without our prior written consent.
Recording, whether in video or audio format or relaying through any means, the online course or in-person course sessions.
Utilising the course materials in developing or delivering any other course or training program, whether conducted by us or any third-party trainer.
Removing any copyright or proprietary notices associated with Body Maestro from the course materials.
Altering, adapting, merging, translating, disassembling, decompiling, or reverse engineering any software forming part of the online courses.
Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination of your access to the course without refund, and Body Maestro reserves the right to seek legal remedies.
3. User License
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the course materials solely for completing the online course and/or attending in-person courses.
You may:
Download one copy of downloadable materials for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
Modify or duplicate the materials.
Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display.
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software.
Share your login details or content with others.
Transfer the materials to another individual or duplicate them on any other server.
This license will terminate automatically if you violate any of these restrictions, and Body Maestro may revoke it at any time.
4. Disclaimer
The materials provided in Body Maestro In Person and Online Teacher Training Courses are presented 'as is.' Body Maestro makes no warranties, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
5. Limitations
Under no circumstances shall Body Maestro be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profit, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use the course materials.
6. Revisions and Errata
The materials may contain errors, and Body Maestro does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or currency. We reserve the right to modify the materials at any time without notice.
7. Links
Body Maestro is not responsible for the content of any linked sites. Use of any linked website is at the user’s own risk.
8. Modifications to Terms
Body Maestro reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
Online Teacher Training
10. Payment Policy
Full payment must be made before receiving a training completion or attendance certificate. Provision of certificates is at the discretion of Body Maestro.
11. Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal from a course requires written notice. Our refund policy is as follows:

No refunds are provided for changes of mind. Refunds may be granted under exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, within 6 months of purchase:
· 0-25% course completion: Full refund less a $200 administrative fee.
· 26%+ course completion: 25% refund of the total course fee.
Students must return any training manuals at their own expense for refund processing.
13. Failed Payments
If a payment plan instalment fails, you have 14 days to rectify it. Failure to do so will result in you being unenrolled from the course with no refunds provided. Course completion certificates will only be issued where full payment has been received.
14. Course Transfers
Course transfers are not permitted.
15. Course Completion & Assessment
Completion of all course materials and assessments is required for certification. Resubmissions are permitted up to 12 months from the enrolment date. Late assessment submission incurs a $300 fee.
16. Reassessment
If an assessment is deemed not competent, students will be given feedback and can resubmit within 12 months to avoid a $300 late fee.
In-Person Teacher Training
17. Payment Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a place in the in-person training courses or workshops. Full payment should be received by the paid-in-full due date.
18. Refund Policy
40+ days before course commencement: Full refund less $200 administration fee.
20+ days before course commencement: 80% refund less $200 administration fee.
7+ days before course commencement: 50% refund less $200 administration fee.
· Within 7 days or after course commencement, course fees are not refundable.
19. Withdrawal Policy
Written notice is required for withdrawals. Exceptions for medical or similar emergencies may allow rescheduling at the discretion of Body Maestro.
20. Transfer Policy
40+ days before course: Free transfer.
Within 40 days of course: $200 transfer fee.
After commencement: No transfer possible.
All transfer requests are subject to limitations and availability and are at the sole discretion of Body Maestro. Students will be responsible for any price difference and any other fees or costs.
21. Attendance Policy
80% or greater attendance is required for certification. Attendance will be determined at the sole discretion of Body Maestro. Late arrivals and early departures will be counted against attendance.
22. Venue Changes
Body Maestro reserves the right to modify training or workshop venues. Body Maestro may provide transportation to the alternate venue at its discretion.
23. Cancellations
Body Maestro may cancel training courses or workshops at any time, with liability limited to refunding paid amounts.
Money-Back Guarantee
We are committed to providing high-quality instructor training. If you complete our course and are unable to teach a full class, despite demonstrated attempts, within 30 days, you may be eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:
Completion Requirement: You must complete the entire course, including all required modules, assessments, and practical demonstrations, within the relevant course time frame.
Active Participation: You must attend all scheduled sessions and be able to demonstrate practice teaching hours. Proof of participation and practice may be requested.
Demonstrated Inability to Teach: You must provide evidence of your attempts, such as video submissions or feedback from mock classes, showing that you followed the training framework and Body Maestro approach.
Refund Request Process: Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 60 days of the course completion date, with a clear explanation and supporting documentation. Approval is at the absolute discretion of Body Maestro. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days upon approval.
Non-Transferable & One-Time Use: This guarantee applies only to the original enrollee and cannot be transferred. It is available for first-time participants only.
